This has caused people to stay put for a while and not get out. With homes being then on the market for a bit longer, homeowners that need to sell have dropped thier prices to get things moving. If you are a buyer this is a good time to buy. If you are a seller, hold out a bit longer and things will change! Spring tends to get everyone moving again with their plans to change homes so lets get ready! 

 

The Truth About Interest Rates - The election had an impact on the market and interest rates. We are well past that point now and interest rates have not seen any significant change and seem to be holding. Occasionally they drop a slight bit so if you are not yet pre-qualified to where you can take advantage of those slight drops, them let me know and I can set you up with some excellent lenders to help you. 

 

Simple Fixes That Increase Home Value - There are some easy upgrades that can add thousands to your home's worth! Giving a fresh coat of paint to the main living areas can really freshen up a space and make it look newer. Clean out some corners or places where you tend to store items to open up a space and make it look bigger. Move your furniture around to change the appearance! Put out some flower pots when the weather is nicer to give a welcoming look to your entrance.
